Our standard Quality Management plan ensures that we follow the same steps, and produce consistent, excellent quality works while keeping you informed of our processes and procedures.

If requested, we can provide a Project Quality Management Plan to suit your project needs

Our document register controls all our procedures, forms and ensures traceability for all of our quality documentation 

All of our workshop and office equipment is logged and recorded on our equipment register, to ensure proper maintenance and calibration is performed in order to optimize workmanship quality and efficiency 

Where projects or contracts require, Non Destructive Testing is performed to the correct quantities and extent of components and weldments. All these records are stored within our quality system and in the relevant job project files. Lanez Engineering only uses Qualified and Certified Weld Inspectors and ISO 9712 Certified Non Destructive Testing Technicians to ensure compliance to the required standards.

Where projects or contracts require, a specific Project Quality Management Plan can be implemented to suit and track your project requirements and ensure all your quality and deliverable requirements are met.

If required, clients shall be provided copies of (Cloud based, digital, or Hard Copies) of all necessary project documentation in the form of our Manufacturers Data Report. This may include all relevant drawings, ITP's, Material and consumable traceability Certificates, Weld and Welder Qualification Data, Quality Assurance Checklists, Fabrication and Welding Inspection Records, Non Destructive Testing and Coating Inspection Reports.
